Im partnering with a global data center design consultancy thats looking for a Director of Engineering with a strong electrical background to help lead their growing U.S. engineering function. This is a true leadership roleperfect for someone who loves setting direction, developing teams, and shaping how complex, mission-critical projects come to life.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring the electrical engineering team across multiple mission-critical projects
• Setting the technical vision, standards, and best practices for electrical design within the business
• Playing a key role in major design decisionspower distribution, redundancy strategies, system resilience, and more
• Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new technologies within data center design
