They should be adept at influencer and creator marketing, social and digital media strategy, and community-led brand growth, and be able to combine creative vision with analytical discipline.

Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have 8-12 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in consumer lifestyle, apparel, or beauty sectors. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on, empathetic leadership style, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor and lead in-house media and creative teams. Responsibilities include designing and managing influencer and creator partnership strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
