Position Overview : We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team with exceptional experience in full stack engineering and team leadership. MLee Healthcare engineers work closely with product team and designers to influence product direction, company roadmap, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Architect, design, and implement scalable Java backend software
• Front-end architecture & support : Collaborate with the design team and front-end engineers to ensure quality implementation of front-end applications
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers
• System Optimizations : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack
• Infrastructure & Deployment : Maintain server infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines to ensure reliable application deployment
• Code Optimization : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Testing and Debugging : Implement systems to automate thorough testing of APIs, ensuring robust deployments with minimal downtime
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for software & systems architectures
