Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience in project management and executing operational processes within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in sourcing operations, supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to support the readiness and execution of our supplier enablement strategy. As a critical member of the Equipment Supply Chain organization, you will drive the operational execution of supplier lifecycle management, compliance, and performance tracking. In this role, you will act as a key operational partner between Google and its suppliers, ensuring efficient onboarding, rigorous data integrity, and seamless contract execution. You will maintain processes that ensure our supply base is compliant, performant, and scalable to meet Google's ambitious data center build-out goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
