J ob Overview :
We are seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of one of our key properties. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the community — from daily operations and team leadership to ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction and financial performance. The property is conveniently accessible from nearby cities, making it an ideal opportunity for a strategic, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a well-supported, expanding property management firm.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Property Operations :
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
- Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
- Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
2. Resident Relations :
Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolutionBuild strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retentionImplement programs that foster a sense of community3. Financial Management :
Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goalsMonitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquenciesAnalyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability4. Team Leadership & Accountability :
Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluationsTrack KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial healthFoster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results5. Legendary Service :
Lead by example to deliver best-in-class serviceIdentify opportunities to elevate the resident experienceEmpower your team to exceed expectations and build community prideQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)Strong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent customer service, communication, and organizational skillsTech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial softwareKnowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirementsValid driver’s license and proof of insurance.Benefits :
