Title : Floater Parking Attendant

Need to travel to different locations on a daily basis in LA County.

Assume and assist day to day operation of specific parking projects as assigned to each location.

Payrate : $21.00 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantsexperience skills abilities geographic locationand alignment with market data.

Lead Requirements of Qualifications

Must have 2 years of parking experience.

Must be flexible between 6am to 7pm Monday through Friday.

Must have a source of transportation to travel to different locations in LA County.

Responsibilities :

Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member issues and inquiries.

Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue.

Interact with guests in a friendly manner.

Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues.

Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.

Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.

Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time.

Keep work area clean and do daily cleaning / maintenance as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of lead or supervisory experience

Customer Service Experience

Valet experienceThe Valet provides professional courteous and compassionate guest services.
