Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Bridgeport, CT

n Contract Length : 36 Weeks | Weekly Compensation : Up to $2,250 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an esteemed Educational Services client in Bridgeport, CT. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help students develop communication skills and thrive academically.

n\n Job Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.\n\t
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.\n\t
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate speech therapy into the classroom.\n\t
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services, including one-on-one and group sessions.\n\t
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.\n\t
  • Educate and train teachers and families on strategies to support communication development.\n

    • n\n Qualifications & Requirements : \n\n \n\t

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.\n\t
  • Connecticut state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure.\n\t
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.\n\t
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.\n\t
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n
