About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for the Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) organization focused on large cross-functional programs that impact all of engineering at Envoy. This individual will partner closely with product management, engineering managers, directors, and stakeholders across multiple organizations to execute on programs. As a senior Technical Program Manager, you’d be defining and driving the planning processes of the entire organization and improving efficiency by providing clear operational metrics to leadership. You’d be working closely with the CTO and CPO to identify key OKRs and projects for each quarter and partner with engineering teams for effective execution and timely delivery.
In the past, TPMs in role defined Envoy’s incident management process with stakeholders from the Customer Support team, EPD’s release management process and an engineering onboarding program with a course curriculum. They also led the migration of our cloud infrastructure for 100+ services which spanned 10+ engineering teams.
The role embodies Envoy’s values of communicating openly, choosing action and creating great experiences.
This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
