The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The Customer Service Supervisor leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience.
Primary responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer, resolving customer service issues, merchandising products according to visual standards, maintaining the front end and exterior of the building, ensuring that front end operations meet all expectations, assisting with developing and supervising front end associates, and completing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a minimum of one to two years of retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with others. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
