job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the residential community. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual conditions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff regarding access control procedures and site policies. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established protocols. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Thursday : 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Saturday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
