Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

Sandstone Estates is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN (as-needed) basis . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities :

Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs.

Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities.

Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications :

Current certification / licensure as a COTA in the state of Arizon a.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing environment.

Previous experience in a SNF or rehab setting preferred but not required .
