Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Workplace Coach ) to support Fabrication Skill Enhancement Center team located in Salt Lake City and West Jordan Utah.

This position is for manufacturing / fabrication Workplace Coaches with knowledge / experience in all or some of the following : Composite layup (pre / post cure) Fabrication of assemblies System Installation Production Certifications Production Systems and other general shop / fabrication practices at Boeing Salt Lake City / West Jordan.

Position Responsibilities :

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results and finds opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

Works with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

5 years experience in the aerospace fabrication industry

5 years experience with the Boeing Production System to include utilizing and following detailed work instructions reading and interpreting blueprints drawings or specifications

3 years experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams

3 years experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement

Must be willing and able to work any shift assigned

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

10 years experience in the aerospace fabrication industry

5 years experience with the Boeing Production System
