What we offer $25 - $27 per hour plus Spiffs (Negotiable depending on Experience!) The Big Task You will accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes.

Key Sub Tasks Receive work orders, type customer equipment info, invoices and quotes on a company-provided iPad on Field Edge Software Keep your company truck clean, inside and out Keep your truck inventory up to date Join the on-call rotation every 7 weeks Maintain a clean and professional appearance Have and maintain a clean driving record Efficient communication with dispatchers, managers, parts, installations teams Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as an individual and home         service expert DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience as a residential HVAC installer or service technician Looking to take the Next Step in Your Career?
