Job Function :

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for individuals with psychiatric disorders.

Ensure coordinated care and continuity within the psychiatric department.

Supervise students and residents as assigned.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff across the inpatient setting.

Participate in the evaluation and improvement of service quality.

Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills.

Adhere to all institutional, regulatory, legal, and professional guidelines for mental health services.

Job Requirements : Job Requirements :

2 years of experience.

Leadership experience preferred.

Connecticut state medical license, DEA registration, and board certification required.

Completion of a general psychiatry residency required.
