A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Population Health and HEDIS Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Utilizes statistical analysis and data visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement
Develops and maintains performance metrics and dashboards to track patient safety and compliance with quality standards
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement evidence-based practices and process improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with multi-system generated health analytics
Minimum 1 year of HEDIS experience
Proficient in SQL code writing and database query manipulation
Bachelor's degree in data science or a related analytical field
Quality or data science certification preferred
