Your role is crucial in setting the tone for their experience and ensuring a warm welcome. Specific Responsibilities : Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Collaborate with club and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, providing support as needed to enhance overall service delivery. Monitor and control access to the club premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Provide information and directions to visitors as needed. Maintain vigilance and alertness to any security concerns or suspicious activities, promptly reporting them to appropriate authorities. Maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence consistently. Qualifications Qualifications : Extensive golf and hospitality experience. Must be energetic, very visible, easily approachable, and proactive. Ability to work weekends and holidays This role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, a strong sense of responsibility, and a keen understanding of both hospitality and security.
