Position Overview :

We're seeking a personable and organized Receptionist / Onboarding Specialist to be the face and voice of our Addison, TX office. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, routing inquiries, taking messages, and ensuring every applicant has a positive onboarding experience. You'll also follow up with candidates and support the recruiting team to keep our talent pipeline moving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and route inbound calls, provide information, and take detailed messages
• Greet visitors and applicants, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new applicants (document collection, orientation, system setup, etc.)
• Conduct follow-ups with candidates who have applied to ensure timely communication and support
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and relay applicant updates
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Champion excellent customer service and represent Integra's values in all interactions
• Assist with general administrative tasks and office management as needed
