Job Description

• Create Individualized Therapy Plans : Assess patients' requirements and tailor therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
