Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR, payroll, finance, and supply chain applications across a large healthcare environment. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional specifications, optimizing enterprise workflows, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements; develop functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Support configuration, unit testing, UAT, and deployment for HR, payroll, timekeeping, and finance modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to payroll, staffing, scheduling, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Implement system enhancements with an emphasis on healthcare compliance, auditability, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams; maintain change logs, runbooks, and related documentation.
