Staff for success : Ensure the restaurant is 100% staffed with high-quality team members and managers. Be flexible : Open availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll rotate shifts weekly to stay connected with your team. Drive performance : Manage scheduling, inventory, and operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly and profitably. Coach and grow : Prepare employees for promotion, build morale, and foster an environment of respect and accountability. Protect standards : Maintain food safety, compliance, and company inspection readiness at all times. Manage operations : Oversee budgets, labor, and COGS while focusing on key metrics such as speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction. ServSafe certification required. At least 1 year of restaurant operations management experience. Prior Quick Service Restaurant experience is a must. Strong track record of tenure and career growth (not job-hopping). Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
