ER RN Job Details - Lancaster, SC Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1650-$1770 Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : December 8, 2025 - End : March 9, 2026) Healthcare Setting : Emergency Department (27 rooms, 97 staffed beds) Nursing Shift : Nights, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) Schedule : 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts per week (36-48 hours / week) Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Orientation : 24 hours, plus pre-start modules Charting System : Epic EMR Scrub Color : Royal Blue Parking : Free on-site ER RN Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room Registered Nurse experience Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license (must be in hand prior to start) Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS TNCC certification preferred Previous charge nurse experience required Ability to float within scope to like units or sister facilities as needed Experience caring for diverse patient populations : neonates, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics First-time travel nurses accepted Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department Perform triage, assessment, and clinical interventions for a wide range of patient diagnoses Serve as charge nurse when needed, offering leadership and support to the healthcare team Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR Float to similar units as required to support facility needs Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled Why Choose Lancaster, SC for Your Next Travel Nursing Job?
