Junior Estimator - Industrial / Commercial

Location : Sioux City or Davenport, IA

Role : This is a junior-level estimator role supporting senior estimators on commercial / industrial projects - wastewater treatment plants, process facilities, large warehouses - assisting in quantity take-offs, cost research, bid preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform component take-offs (structural, mechanical, concrete, accessory scopes).
• Assist in preparing bid documents, subcontractor scope packages, cost summaries.
• Support senior estimator with cost database updates, lessons learned.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and assist in clarifications.
