Accounts Payable Specialist

Currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time permanent position in Riverside, RI. Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist include : prepare and process all invoices, maintain several vendor accounts and establish new vendors, perform data entry of invoices and other financial data, match purchase orders and proof of delivery to invoice, research and resolve balance and other discrepancies, batch invoices and enter data into accounts payable system, complete payroll tasks, compile and maintain information in spreadsheets and other electronic formats, prepare various reports on a monthly or as needed basis, and perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements of Accounts Payable Specialist : previous experience working in accounts payable, excellent computer skills, superior attention to detail, understanding of general accounting functions, great organizational skills, and strong computer skills. Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm Monday-Friday. Pay rate : $22.00-$25.00 / hr based on experience.
