What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, contractors, and visitors with access-related inquiries and directions in accordance with site-specific policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any unusual conditions or incidents.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, and access control issues to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership as required.

Assist in implementing emergency response procedures and support evacuation or lockdown activities when appropriate.

Operate and monitor security-related systems such as access control panels, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.

Maintain a professional presence while representing Allied Universal at the location, upholding site-specific standards and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
