Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with mental health diagnosis
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy to individuals
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Experience :
LCSW licensure, LCPC licensure, LMSW licensure or LGPC licensure requiredStrong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practicesExperience working with individuals with mental health and substance use diagnosisProficient in conducting individual and group counseling sessionsFamiliarity with special education programs and servicesSkills :
