Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children and individuals with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting the development of essential skills and promoting positive behavioral changes.

Duties
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation.Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed to promote independence.Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and guidance regarding behavioral strategies.Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management.Utilize medical terminology appropriately when documenting client interactions and progress.Requirements
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disorders.Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral therapy outcomes.Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous.Ability to understand and utilize medical documentation effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, families, and team members.A compassionate approach to working with individuals with diverse needs.Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve!
