Establish and nurture relationships : Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals. Organize and participate in events : Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services. Monitor and analyze referral metrics : Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 10 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal. Collaborate with the management team : Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape. Provide regular reports : Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Minimum of 3 years of experience : You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice marketing. Proven track record : Demonstrated success in generating referrals and achieving targets is essential. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills : The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation abilities : Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics : Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts. A compassionate approach : Deep understanding and empathy for the hospice care industry and the ability to convey this to potential referral sources. Bachelor's degree : Related field preferred.
