Provide day-to-day support to site HR Manager and Plant Manager
Answering phones, filing, ordering of office supplies, and ordering catering for luncheons
Tracking temp labor, which includes scanning, data input, bill validation, and processing for payment
Light HR duties to include creating new hire packets, scheduling interviews, coordinating physicals / drug screens, employee points tracking, handling of confidential information, and ad-hoc reporting as necessary
There are purchasing related activities such as creating POs, processing goods receipts, updating the in-house checkbook, and submitting invoices to Corp AP for payment
Accounting related duties will be to create the Weekly Spend report, calculate weekly Labor Cost per Unit, and assist with month end accruals
Verification of production confirmation, creating the Daily Metric slides, and other duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Knowledge and experience with SAP strongly desired
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Work well under pressure
HS Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an office / plant environment
Strong oral and verbal communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills
Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions
Perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties
Work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Working knowledge of MS office and exceptional computer skills
