Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating sales, and coordinating event details to ensure flawless execution. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for events and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries and conduct client consultations
Prepare and present event proposals, packages, and contracts
Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after events
Coordinate logistics and details with internal departments and vendors
Ensure all events meet quality and service standards
Track sales performance and meet monthly / quarterly sales goals
Conduct site tours and promote Captura Hall’s services and amenities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales or coordination
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
