Horton, Inc. has an opening for an Off-Highway Application Engineer to work at our location in Roseville, MN. This job is onsite Monday-Friday. Position Summary : Responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and internally to customize Horton products to meet customer's technical needs. This will include supporting designs through all stages of development and production including helping with the technical needs of sales, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing. Manages the release of products to meet the needs of customers in a timely manner, while ensuring products meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs new products.
• Supports the on-going improvement of existing product designs and process.
• Provides design related support to the sales and management functions.
• Participates in the process of screening suppliers and their products.
• Provides technical customer service in the field.
• Coordinates product field tests.
• Provides technical training in support of Horton employees.

The estimated hiring range for this position is $73,000 - $120,000 per year plus bonus. Compensation will increase within the range based on experience and qualifications.
