About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager – Nursing to support clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, staff development, and patient safety across the organization. This leadership role reports directly to the Director and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality nursing standards, strong departmental performance, and continuous year-round improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Department Oversight

• Provide leadership and initial oversight for the Quality department.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily operations.
• Assist in developing and evaluating nursing personnel to ensure high performance.
• Support service growth initiatives and departmental achievement goals.

Clinical Quality & Regulatory Readiness

Patient, Employee & Physician Satisfaction

Performance, Safety & Continuous Improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years RN experience , including 1 year of recent acute care experience

1–2 years of management, education, or leadership experience

RN licensed in California

BSN (or in progress with confirmed completion timeline)

RN certification from a nationally accredited organization

Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS at time of hire

CPI certification within 30 days of hire
