We are seeking a detail-oriented Application UI / UX Designer for our xFact team to design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for a variety of our web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have experience leading all aspects of design and have a thorough and proven grasp of usability and user interface design. Applicants must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have a drive for producing quality user interfaces and experiences. This role requires a versatile team member who can work collaboratively across a variety of project and product areas.

What you'll do : Work cross-functionally with team and clients to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback for planning and products. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for our product's user interfaces and experiences. Create low to high fidelity wireframes, storyboards, mockups, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on designs. Prototype designs and work closely with developers and analysts for implementation, ensuring that all elements adhere to the defined UI guidelines, standards, and requirements. Ability to translate business and functional requirements to an effective and usable design. Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers, analysts, and team members. Understand and incorporate complex processes into intuitive user interfaces. Present designs and deliverables to team and stakeholders while articulating design rationale and trade-offs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UI / UX design trends, as well as industry-specific trends, to ensure that xFact remains at the forefront of technology. Create detailed documentation for project-related activities and tasks, research and analysis outcomes, and test results. Work collaboratively between project teams to inform and improve xFact's design processes. Conduct testing of implemented software and products. Create detailed layout and style guides for our products. Maintain and contribute to xFact's design system and processes. Create detailed design documentation and specifications to convey design and business rules to the development team. Conform with accessibility standards and maximize the usability for users with disabilities. What we require :

Education : Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of UI / UX design experience designing web-based applications

Skills : Proficiency in Application UI / UX design Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail Experience working with and maintaining design materials and files Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with project team and stakeholders Experience testing software from a usability and functional perspective General understanding of development methodologies and consulting best practices General understanding of common web and application architectures

Additional proficiencies we seek :
