Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments at scale. You will monitor product updates, analyze their impact, recommend configuration standards, and assist with implementation to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient digital workplace.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates and new features across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Analyze the impact of updates on the enterprise environment and recommend changes.
• Recommend and implement configuration settings in alignment with standards, policies, and licensing requirements.
• Create technical documentation, guidelines, and job aids for technical teams and end users.
• Participate in collaborative working sessions with technical teams and vendor resources.
• Support daily operations of collaboration and productivity tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and workflow automation.
• Assist with the adoption and support of new Microsoft 365 tools as they become available.
