Industrial Hydronic Piping Systems Supervisor

Schedule : 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm with OT as necessary
Responsibilities : Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water; prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements; manage project schedules; maintain tool inspection reports; review submittals, installation, and operation manuals; interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department
Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision; familiarity with flowline manufacturing; knowledge of pipe fabrication methods; excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities; ability to work both independently and as a team; ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong interpersonal skills for coordinating teams; fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
Education Requirements : Minimum of a high school education or equivalent; trade school completion preferred
Job Requirements / Special Skills : Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels; ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
