The Business Insights Analyst will develop and maintain the go-to-market reporting designed to support, track, and grow core and new product initiatives. They will provide the analytics and insights needed to optimize pricing, promotion, distribution, displays and shelf placement to grow sales. The position will develop and maintain value-added category management tools, incorporating customer learning and brand insights that will guide sales to achieve volume and distribution objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain analytical tools, reporting and resources driven by AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving) gold standard principles.
• Use reporting to analyze, identify distribution voids and quantify opportunity gaps.
• Track, monitor and provide actionable feedback on ACV / distribution, sales trends, shelf management.
• Utilize syndicated and consumer research to develop fact-based analysis and presentations.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines; report regularly on status of projects; meet or exceed on-time and quality expectations; work closely with managers regarding all project aspects.
