Order Entry Clerk – Goodyear, AZ

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Goodyear, AZ to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Order Entry Clerk . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys working with data, coordinating orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Position Details

  • Location : Fully onsite in Goodyear, AZ
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday
  • Compensation : $20–$22 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders accurately into the company’s ERP system
  • Review and verify order details for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications
  • Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in a professional office setting
