Position Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to help drive Braden’s brand presence, lead our digital marketing efforts, and manage the production of our in‑house video podcast. This role blends creativity with execution and thrives on storytelling through multiple formats—video, social, and digital. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Branding & Digital Presence – Lead initiatives that strengthen Braden’s brand voice through fresh content, targeted campaigns, and data‑driven digital marketing tactics.
Craft Compelling Messaging – Write clear, persuasive copy for blogs, emails, ads, and social channels that align with our value proposition and tone.
Own Social & Email Channels – Plan, schedule, and monitor posts, newsletters, and paid ads across major platforms, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Design & Visual Storytelling – Create eye‑catching graphics and multimedia assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools to reinforce brand consistency.
Project & Workflow Management – Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, keeping timelines on track, assets organized, and stakeholders informed.
Innovate & Iterate – Pitch fresh ideas, A / B‑test new approaches, and adapt quickly to keep Braden’s marketing ahead of the curve.
Podcast Production & Promotion
Coordinate with the podcast host to plan and manage episodes.
Edit full‑length recordings and create short clips for social media.
Use Riverside.fm or similar for remote podcast recording and production.
Manage podcast setup (cameras, microphones, lighting, software).
Publish and promote episodes across YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms.
Recruit and coordinate guests, including business and community leaders.
Tools & Technology
Preferred Experience : Riverside.fm or similar
AI Tools : ChatGPT, Copilot, InVideo, Midjourney, Flux, Riverside.fm
Video Editing : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Descript, OBS Studio
Design : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
Hardware : DSLR or mirrorless cameras, USB / XLR microphones (e.g., Shure SM7B), lighting kits
Social Media Tools : Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
CRM & Automation : HubSpot, Mailchimp
Qualifications
2+ years in marketing, content creation, or media production
Strong understanding of social media strategy and analytics
Experience producing and editing video or podcast content
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to network and engage with podcast guests
Passion for technology and creative storytelling
