Lead Noc Engineer
Oversees the operations, configuration, and maintenance of network management tools in order to effectively monitor network resources, availability, and alerting of network performance issues.
Responsible for end to end network performance, maintaining acceptable level of network quality of service as per business objectives, network Key Performance Indicators and customer feedback.
Directs all activities designed to provide 24 x 7 surveillance and monitoring of the network and provides Tier I support for all network elements.
Responsible for major network outage coordination and escalation. Employs technical knowledge and experience of VoIP, Internet (NIPRNet / SIPRNet), and Data, Network operations, as well as experience in developing operational metrics. Perform network performance baseline activities.
Performs analysis of day-to-day network performance against baseline measures to identify anomalies and / or network performance degradation impacting the availability of mission enabling network services.
Lead and participate in the assessment and selection of the network performance and management tools / systems for existing and new network technologies and services.

Minimum of Active Secret clearance required CCNP certification required Must have Bachelor's Degree
