A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to serve as a client liaison for incoming intake calls and facilitate the intake process. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming intake calls and provide educated responses to client inquiries while initiating Biopsychosocial Assessments Schedule initial intake appointments and coordinate with clinic coordinators regarding client no-shows Ensure a positive client experience that reflects the organization's culture and values Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 1-year experience in human services / healthcare or customer service role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls Strong telecommunications skills and comfort with multiple IT systems Compassionate demeanor and a passion for the mission of helping others
