Maryland : Bowie, Columbia, Glen Burnie, North Bethesda, Silver Spring, Towson, Annapolis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding from the start.
• Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis / safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation in a timely, organized manner.
• Participate actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic, integrated care.
• Contribute to a clinical culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
