Salary : 28K - 32K

We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to become an integral part of our MSP team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems, deploying new systems, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Customer Focused :

  • 1+ years multi-customer support experience required
  • Comfortable exploring and documenting new customer environments
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers

Responsibilities :

  • Address Tier 1 Service Desk tickets
  • Deploy new customer desktops and laptops
  • Troubleshoot general user issues such as client software installations, password resets, printer / scanner issues, and Windows operating system problems
  • Change management detail
  • Maintaining integrity in accessing customer infrastructure
  • Be willing team member to support MSP Division in other ways as necessary
  • Be willing to take training to further skillset and undergo professional development
  • Obtain new certifications
  • Engineering Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of hands-on user IT support experience
  • A+ certification preferred
