We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to become an integral part of our MSP team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems, deploying new systems, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Customer Focused :
- 1+ years multi-customer support experience required
- Comfortable exploring and documenting new customer environments
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers
Responsibilities :
Address Tier 1 Service Desk ticketsDeploy new customer desktops and laptopsTroubleshoot general user issues such as client software installations, password resets, printer / scanner issues, and Windows operating system problemsChange management detailMaintaining integrity in accessing customer infrastructureBe willing team member to support MSP Division in other ways as necessaryBe willing to take training to further skillset and undergo professional developmentObtain new certificationsEngineering Qualifications :
