We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Keizer, OR at Avamere Court of Keizer. The purpose of this position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to organization's guidelines, professional standards, and community needs.
