Responsibilities include :

• Training crew members in operational and service behaviors
• Supervising crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our guests
• Executing cost control systems
• Having a "can-do" attitude when working as part of the team

What We Expect From You

Sound intriguing? Here are a few basic qualifications to apply for this job. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food / QSR supervisory experience. Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and most importantly, the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment are also a must.
