Machine Operator - Process Technician - Kearny Mesa - 1st Shift / 2nd Shift

Position : Machine Operator / Process Technician

Location : Kearny Mesa - San Diego, CA 92123

1st shift - 7am to 3 : 30pm - $18.00 / hour

2nd shift - 3 : 15pm to 11 : 45pm - $18.75 / hour

Long-term, Contract-to-hire

All shifts are Monday Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month)

OT can be either before or after the shift

Job Description :

  • Will perform set-up and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prep for processing
  • Must be able to operate and set-up basic process or production equipment
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Working with small parts
  • Will use microscope about 20-40% of the day
  • Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, able to follow instructions and fast-paced environment

Work Environment :

  • Looks like a lab / hospital inside / cleanroom room temperature
  • Wearing cleanroom garments for the entire shift that covers body, hair, shoes and a mask.
  • Monday Friday flexible to start 2 hours before each shift and working 1-2 Saturdays a month

    • Compliance :

  • Drug test required
  • Background check required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation

    • 6-month contract to hire great benefits if you convert to a permanent position

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50 / hr.
