Marketing Program Manager
IDR's top client, a global leader in technology is seeking to add an experienced Program Manager to their growing Marketing & Sales organization! The Program Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing Sales Pipeline Programs - They will be responsible for Collaborating with Integrated Marketing to ensure end-to-end brand demand campaigns come with a targeted outreach to fill the top of the funnel and nurture opportunities through the pipeline.
The SAAS Marketing Project / Program Manager will develop & execute pipeline acceleration strategies for this global SAAS leader. They will align with key sales and marketing leaders to define target accounts, territories, and engagement strategies & ensure seamless handoff between Marketing & Sales.
Top Skills :
- 7+ years' experience developing & executing strategic marketing programs aimed at driving pipeline growth and accelerating sales cycles for SAAS teams
- 7+ years' experience leading end to end pipeline management strategies, lead generation, and sales alignment within B2B enterprise or SAAS environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams & aligning sales and marketing teams to drive common goals. Ability to work closely with sales leadership to identify target accounts, measure pipeline success, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft D365), and analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting. Ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
