CGP : Accounts Payable

Our Technology client in Sherman Oaks is seeking an AP Specialist for a 3+ month contract role. Role is onsite (only local applicants will be considered). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.

Job Duties : full cycle accounts payable processing (matching, batching, and coding); check runs; ACH / Wire Transfers; vendor reconciliations; processing prepaids and understanding vendor terms; and assist with reporting.

Qualifications :

• 4+ year full cycle accounts payable
• Intermediate MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail oriented and a team player!
