A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems, including user setup and security permissions Evaluate and recommend improvements to the people technology system to maximize efficiency Troubleshoot technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity Required Qualifications and Education Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and reporting Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills Experience with Workday HCM is a plus Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
