As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative, RN-led healthcare team. You’ll foster meaningful connections with patients and their families, using the best scientific evidence and your own compassion to positively impact each patient's health journey.

Develop authentic and supportive relationships with patients and their loved ones

Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality care

Engage in teamwork, include diverse perspectives, and contribute to a welcoming community

Maintain electronic documentation, communicate effectively via phone, and stay organized

✅ What You Bring

Education : High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Licensure : Active and appropriate LPN license in North Carolina

Experience : Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience preferred

Skills : Strong computer proficiency, polished phone etiquette, and top-notch organizational skills

What You'll Do

It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

Perform essential patient care tasks—measuring vitals, assisting with mobility, specimen collection

Preparing patients for examination

Administering medications and immunizations

What We're Looking For

Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.

Experience : One year of relevant experience, required.

Licensure / Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required.

Additional Skills (required) : Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
