Home Health Aide

Oriol Home Health in Holden, MA seeks Certified Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide personalized care to seniors in Worcester and nearby areas. The role offers career growth, flexible scheduling, and a focus on supporting elderly individuals and families.Pay Range (Depending on Experience) : HHA : $21.00- $25.20 / hr ($0 - $3.00 shift differentials)Responsibilities : Home Health Aide tasks assigned and supervised by RN. Duties include ADLs, personal hygiene, meal prep, ambulation. Assist with treatments and therapy. Promote independence, mental alertness, emotional well-being. Establish trust, report changes in patient status promptly. Attend required in-services, confirm visit schedules weekly. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications : At least 1 year experience as an HHA or C N A.Reading and writing proficiency in English required Mandatory criminal background check Preferably CPR certification Driver record check, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are mandatory.
