Job Overview :

We are looking to add 3 dedicated IT professionals with a passion for customer service and technical troubleshooting for the months of July - November . If you're ready to expand your expertise and work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, Mechdyne is the place to grow your career.

Schedule :

Onsite in Naperville office) Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Central Time

Hybrid) Friday - Tuesday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Central Time

Remote) Friday - Tuesday 1 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm Central Time

What You'll Do :

  • Provide friendly, courteous, and quality IT support to our clients by responding to incoming calls, web submissions, emails, and chats from clients experiencing technical issues
  • Utilize a variety of ticketing systems to document, triage, track, and resolve client issues
  • Proactively work towards Key Performance Indicators
  • Adhere to industry security standards, diligently protecting company, client, and personal information

Power Skills You'll Bring :

  • Experience with Remote IT Helpdesk Support
  • An openness to learning something new every day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Educational degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in IT Services
  • Qualifications That Will Set You Apart :

  • A+ Certification
